This inlay router template kit allows you make perfect-fitting inlays by routing both the recess and inlay piece without changing router bits or using tools. To use, route the recess with the sleeve installed, then remove and route the inlay piece. The 1/8” difference in the two settings matches the diameter of the router bit, producing accurately sized inlays that fit recesses. Can make inlays with maximum depth of 3/8”. This kit includes a two-piece Bosch-Style solid brass template guide bushing, a 9/16" diameter removable collar, 1/8" diameter solid carbide down cut spiral bit (1/4" shank) and alignment centering pin. The Guide bushing fits any router base with a 1-3/16" diameter Bosch Style template opening.
