MDT’s Oryx Chassis System (compatible with Savage MKII) is designed for individuals who want to turn a factory rifle into a long-range precision rifle. Ideal for PRS, hog hunting, coyote hunting, and any other shooting application involving extreme accuracy at long range, the Oryx chassis delivers a more solid connection between you and your rifle. The action is bedded on an aluminum block to create a rigid and stable foundation, and the barrel is free floated. Together, these features greatly improve accuracy. Length-of-pull can be finely adjusted via spacer system, while an adjustable cheek piece promotes proper alignment between the shooter’s eye and a mounted optic. The Oryx’s ergonomics can be further improved thanks to various compatible grips, enabling the user to tap into the vast aftermarket of grip options. Furthermore, the Oryx is compatible with ARCA rails and has a section under the foregrip for installing M-L accessories.
