This is the solution for the common failure of the coolant heater hose T fitting on Jeep Wranglers with the 2.0 engines. These engines have a plastic coolant line fitting on top of the engine that is right next to the turbo. Over time the plastic gets brittle and the hose barbs break off causing a coolant leak and possible engine overheating. We machine our fitting out of billet 6061 Aluminum and use a high-temp Viton O-ring, to handle the extreme temperatures these fittings receive. Our fittings are designed to last the life of your vehicle, compared to the stock OEM fitting which we have seen fail at 30K miles and the cheap aftermarket fittings failing at 7K miles!
