- Everything needed for installation is in the box: Includes two 0.220 inch Lexan shields and heavy-duty steel brackets in PPG OSHA Safety Orange powder coat with adjustable friction hinge. Baldor GA10 and GA11 replacement hardware included.
- 0.220 inch Lexan holds up where thinner factory shields crack and yellow: Resists heavy chip impact, UV exposure, and coolant mist for long-lasting clarity. Machined smooth edges for safe handling.
- Each shield adjusts independently so you get the right angle on both wheels: Left and right shields position on separate friction hinges. Bolts directly to Baldor threaded cast iron housings. Non-Baldor models may need minor modification.
- Backed by a 1-year warranty, and only the Lexan lenses ever need replacing: The heavy-duty steel bracket is a permanent installation built to outlast your grinder. Replacement Lexan lenses sold separately. For 6 inch grinders, see the UGS-1.
